School & Club Hubs

A dedicated space on repoze for schools and clubs to trade preloved gear

Your community has a gear problem. A Hub solves it.

Every school and club has the same story. Uniforms sitting in wardrobes. Families spending full price on gear their kids will outgrow in a season. A Facebook group that started with good intentions but became impossible to manage.

A Hub is your organisation's own dedicated space on repoze — a clean, searchable marketplace where your community buys and sells gear that is specific to your school or club. Uniforms, sports equipment, dancewear, instruments. The right stuff, for the right community, in one place.

Built for your community.

A Hub is specific to your organisation. Families can browse and list gear that belongs to your world — the right uniforms, the right sports equipment, the right kit for your school or club. As more families join and contribute, it becomes an increasingly valuable resource for everyone.

And everyone buying or selling is part of your community.

Listings are easy to post and simple to find — with filters that actually surface what you need. Transactions are handled securely online, and families can arrange delivery or local pickup directly with each other. No admin burden. No chasing payments. No buried posts.

More than a marketplace.

Schools and clubs who create a Hub aren't just solving a practical problem — they're making a visible commitment to their community. Quality gear stays in circulation. Families save money. The cost of participation in school life and sport becomes a little more manageable for everyone. Your organisation can also list donated or surplus items directly through your Hub, keeping useful gear in play rather than letting it pile up in a storeroom.

Turn sales into support.

If your organisation is registered for fundraising, families can choose to donate a portion of their sale directly to your school or club. It requires nothing extra from your team — just an ongoing, passive stream of community support generated every time gear changes hands.

Simple to set up. Low to run.

Creating a Hub is free and takes only a few minutes. Once live, we provide a communications kit to help you introduce it to your community. After that, it largely runs itself.

Registrations should be completed by an authorised representative of the school or club. Once submitted, the repoze team will review your application and be in touch to get you started.
